The $50 reservation fee reserves your session date and is applied in full toward your print/image collection. It is only refundable if you cancel your session with five days notice.
Session fees are non-refundable once photography commences.
You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to your location choice (parking, admission fees, ect).
Other cameras are not permitted at the photo session (ie: someone shooting over my back, from a different angle, or even from a distance)

If someone in your party becomes ill, please call me as soon as possible to reschedule. If availability permits, I will re-set the date. If I am booked throughout your stay, I will refund your booking fee.
If session is cancelled within 5 days for any other reason aside from illness/emergency, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your shoot due to inclement weather, illness, or emergency on my part and refund your reservation deposit.
If I show up for your session and you are more than 45 minutes late or do not show at all, the reservation fee is forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, you will need to pay the reservation fee again.

Within 2 weeks (usually sooner) of your session you will be sent a link to your online gallery. The gallery will be hosted for 2 weeks only. Please be prepared to place your order at this time. If orders are not received in this two-week time frame, there is a $40 fee to re-host the gallery.
All creative editing is done for a reason. If you request me to change anything I have already edited, it will be billed at $60 per hour. (ie: changing b/w to color, tonal changes, ect)
All orders must be paid in full before photographs will be printed.
Unordered images are purged from my system 30 days after gallery posting.
All Sales are Final.

Your collection includes a high resolution digital negatives disc. You are responsible for archiving your images. I highly recommend purchasing a second copy of your disc to store in a safe place.
I provide recommendations for where to print your images, however, I cannot be held responsible for print quality printed elsewhere.

If you purchase an album or have design work done, I will consult with you on colors/themes and request your input.
Up to five minor changes are included in your design.
Additional changes are billed at $60/hour.
Once you have approved for print, no other changes can be made.

Checks returned for any reason will be charged a $25 service charge.
Photography by Mariah Milan, LLC retains copyrights on all images (if you purchase the digital negatives you receive a printing release). With the model release, Mariah reserves the right to use the images and or/reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes. Under no circumstances can a client use images for commercial use, profit, or photographic competition.
Copying, printing, or scanning images without a printing release is against the law.
Credits and special offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Declining the model release voids any special offers or discounts. Model release will be presented at our session to be signed in person.

Model Release

In consideration of my engagement as a model, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to Mariah Milan Dagupion (photographer) her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom Mariah Milan Dagupion is acting, and those acting with her authority and permission:

a) the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjuction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose.

b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith

c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that they may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Mariah Dagupion (photographer), her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under her permission or authority, or those for whom she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, thay may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

e) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name, or that of my minor child. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
